Colton Scott is a civil litigation attorney whose practice includes small business and corporate disputes, estate planning and probate matters, real property issues, insurance defense, and personal injury claims. He represents clients in both Oklahoma state and federal courts across a broad range of civil, complex, and business litigation matters.

A Claremore native, Colton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Rogers State University, where he was an active member of the RSU Honors Program. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with honors.

Colton joined the firm in 2018 and was voted Best Attorney in Claremore in both 2022 and 2023. Outside the office, he and his wife, Audra, enjoy spending time together and exploring Oklahoma.
