Professional Profile:
He has an active trial practice throughout Oklahoma
and has been involved in numerous complex cases, including
class action and multi-district litigation. Taylor has
represented corporate clients in all three federal judicial
districts in Oklahoma, as well as virtually all of the
state's seventy-seven(77) counties.
Taylor, together with co-counsel, shares the record for the
largest jury verdict in Rogers County history, a $10 million
personal injury claim. Recently, he served as a lead
attorney in several personal injury cases resulting in
multi-million dollar settlements. Taylor was also lead
attorney in a precedent-setting nursing home case in
Okmulgee County. He serves as lead counsel in six to eight
jury trials per year.
