Professional Profile:
Ramsey was Senior Attorney for the Oklahoma State Senate for over thirteen years.  In that capacity, he advised the Senate Leadership and administration and served as counsel to the Senate before the Oklahoma Supreme Court in cases of original jurisdiction. He also served as counsel to the Judiciary and Business & Labor Committees and was involved in the drafting of many of the most significant changes in Oklahoma civil and regulatory law during that time period.

Ramsey has served as Oklahoma tax counsel for corporate clients and is also counsel to several municipalities. He has authored scholarly articles on constitutional law and legislation for the Oklahoma Bar Journal and has authored other publications as well.
